The number of sold listings increased 16.7% year over year and decreased 17.6% month over month. The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was up 3.2% compared to the previous month and up 10.8% compared to last year. The Median Sold Price increased by 2.5% from last month. The Average Sold Price also increased by 5.3% from last month. Based on the 6 month trend, the Average Sold Price trend is “Neutral” and the Median Sold Price trend is “Neutral”.
The Average Days on Market showed a upward trend, an increase of 111.1% compared to the previous year. The ratio of Sold Price vs. Original List Price is 97%, was the same compared to the previous year.

Cameron Park offers a good option for commuters who want to live outside of town but not too far. There is only one zip code although Shingle Springs is sometimes a mailing zip code – about 10k households. Where a home offers a larger parcel size, as they do south of the highway, values are also higher. Make sure you remember that all zip codes have good, bad and ugly.
