This is an IMPROVED list of all zip codes / Counties tracked in my indicator system. Each month, this list is updated with current information and sorted from highest to lowest on current month’s median price.
The key demographics are included for each zip code to further provide details to tell a bigger and more complete story about the market
This list now includes the monthly change (MOM) and the yearly change (YOY) in the respective Median Price, and rental information. I post these changes on Twitter.
Remember that real estate is local and, in many cases, even more local (“granular”) than zip code. If you want a more detailed search or a smaller or differently defined area, give me a call. While this historical data may not be available in more granular forms, there is usually some data on which to base a decision. Give me a call.
